lets add to the memories

Do it, you know you wanna :)

1. Add a comment on my blog and leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot just do anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you.

It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

9 months

Mason is very mobile, he does a little scoot + crawling action, I call it scrawling. Actually he kind of looks like a wounded animal, hahaha... but he is fast and gets into a lot of stuff now, yippee!

He sleeps on his tummy sometimes for naps (he rolls over himself).

He has pulled him self up to a stand a few times, but I can't ever get him to do it on video.

He can also sit up by himself when he is on his tummy, but most the time he just gets cranky and wants me to put him back up.

He always has to have something in his mouth while he plays and scrawls around. Even in the bath, he has one toy in his mouth and a toy in each hand.

We have a little screamer! While he is playing he screams, when he is happy he screams, when he is mad he really screams (I think it is early signs of temper tantrums) and of course if he is stuck or some body part is stuck under something. Sometimes it is cute (like when he is playing) and alot of times it is not and a little over dramatic if you ask me.

He went on his first plane ride, first taste of sand at the beach, got to meet tons of family all while in Utah and Seattle.

He got 2 new teeth, 4&5, and is currently working on the 6th.

He says mama all the time to me which is wonderful.

He is signing either "mom" or "eat" now, not sure which one yet because it is the same motion and he doesn't quite have the dexterity in his fingers yet to differ.

A few weeks ago he would walk when we held his hands, now if we try he lifts and holds up his legs in sitting position and wants put back down, what a punk!

Wow this month has gone by so fast (probably since we were gone for 3 weeks), I can't believe he is already 9 months old :)

Hanging with the Hawkins in Seattle

Danny Mason and I went to visit the Hawkins family for a day while in Seattle. Keri is Danny's big sister ( not so much big as she is a very tiny person :) hehehe love you Keri. We had fun hanging out with the boys and meeting our new neice Taygen. We also got to see Kevin at his baseball game :) Mason loved meeting his cousins and Aunt and Uncle :)

Mason and Bridget

Here are some pictures of Mason meeting his girlfriend in Utah. Her name is Bridget and she is the daughter of Danny's BFF Nate and his wife Kimberley
Bridget is about a month younger than Mason :)

Mason trying to grab Bridget's bottle

They were really cute and I can't wait for them to meet again, maybe the Waldron's are going to have to make a visit to Albany soon :)

more from Utah

Here are some more pictures from Utah. There are a lot of them, but it is the only way I could think to put them up. I figured if you want to see them then you will take a few minutes to check it out. If not I will never know :)

oh and don't worry there is more to come! Haven't even started Seattle :)

We're alive :)

So Danny Mason and I have been on Vacation for the last couple of weeks... We, well I was in Utah for almost two weeks and Danny met me the last weekend. Now we are in Seattle with Danny's family :) It has been a fun and hectic but it is so nice to be around family. I don't have any pictures yet to put up... mostly there are too many and I don't have time now, so be prepared to see TONS of pictures when I get back in NY. Here are a few things we have been doing and hopefully there will be pictures to follow soon:

Mason and I and my family went to Bear Lake... first time for Mason at the beach and on a boat

Mason met both sets of Grandparents on my side (aka his great grandparents)

My cousin McKay came from his mission in Thailand so we attended his homecoming

Mason met his future wife, Bridget

Mason has cut two teeth and was so super sick! He had over a 102 fever and I took him to the doctor... she said it was from teething but it seemed a little extreme. Oh well he is better :) right middle top tooth June 25 (Utah), left middle top tooth July 2 (Seattle). Sorry you probably don't care about the dates, but this way I will remember.

We are in Seattle now and Mason met his grandma and grandpa Newman (Danny's parents) for the first time, as well as both sides of great grandparents. We have a baby blessing this Sunday so there are tons more people to meet and see :)

oh and Mason was a champ on the plane rides, and has been sleeping relatively well considering the time change and the sharp white things sawing through his gums :)

Ok stay tuned for pictures:)
