We had a lovely little March ice storm! Luckily it was really quick and melted with in a few days. The neat thing about this is that the freezing rain started during the daylight hours so I could watch as the world quickly turned to ice. Of all the years I have lived here ice storms happened during the night and I awoke to a world of glass.
I thought it would be fun to set out some flowers that I bought and have them get all icy for before and after pictures. Here are the before pictures, or during pictures I should say. My idea failed though as a few minutes later the flowers blew over and away, ha!
