The road and Mason

Doing my 365 project is really fun most days... others I have a hard time coming up with inspiration.  Today I asked Mason what I should take a picture of and he said the road... huh, weirdo :)

But I did as I was requested and I think they turned out pretty fun!

Make a wish!

Not sure when the shirt came off!

I love this little boy :)

Lily at the park

Lily and I got some one on one time while Mason was at preschool.  It was a bit chilly at the park but still fun :)

She looks so much like Danny in this picture!

Bowman Orchards

Apple picking is one of my favorite things to do in NY.  We live in apple picking country and let me tell you a fresh picked apple from the tree is sooo yummy!  Hopefully the one in Lily's hand is from the tree and not the ground :)

Do you like Mason's handy way of holding his apples :)  He is at such a fun age to participate!

Wow, look at all the apples

Would you like an apple???

Notice she keeps grabbing new apples :)

They had a fun play ground at the orchard, along with some farm animals that you could pet!

Mason was really good and climbing up, but not down :)

Day 27

This was our last real day of vacation since we left bright and early the next day.  These pictures pretty sums up our month long vacation in Seattle and Utah.  Grandma's Grandpa's Aunt's Uncle's all spoiling these 2 little red heads!  I am really glad we had the opportunity to spend so much time with family.  I am glad that both kids did really well adjusting to the time and slept well most of the time.  I am glad I got to celebrate 2 new nephew with baby showers (Kristi and Raquel) and my mom's birthday!  Thanks for all the fun, love you guys!!!

Day 26 (Aug 8) Mom's 50th Surprise party

I also thought it would be a fun idea to throw my my a surprise birthday party since she turned 50 on Aug 3.  It was pretty fun tricking her, especially since she didn't have any idea!  She thought she was coming over to Kevin and Michele's for a family dinner, when in fact it was so much more.  We tried not to make it too big of a deal to not embarrass her :)  There was a picture for everyone to sign, black balloons, yummy food and some close family friends included!

This is Kelsey being our lookout for my mom and dad.

Making sure they don't sneak in the back way

Uncle Kevin checking to see if they are coming...

What the.....!?!

Can you sense the sarcasm :) hehe

Mason is always a good helper when it comes to cake!

Kelsey did a nice little Michel Jackson dance number, it was awesome!

Kevin and Michele's house is so beautiful and so much fun for the kids.  They have a trampoline dug into the ground, a huge swing set, a zip-line and fun little play house outside!

Please let us in!!!
