My little monkey

Lily has been really really trying to give up her nap.  So instead of my freaking out, I am trying to go with the flow (but really it is crazy because Mason is 4 and puts HIMSELF down for a nap, Lily is only 2, sigh)  Anyway.... gratefully she will play nicely in her room for an hour or 2 for rest time so that is nice.  Though sometimes when I go and check on her she is doing naughty things like climbing on the dresser to check out her and Mason's Christmas tree.  This little chicka keeps me on my toes!

Naughty Lily

I have to watch this girl constantly or she does things like color all over herself, the walls, floors, mirrors etc.  At least crayon on the mirror is easy to get off.  And you bet I made her clean it herself.  I am not really sure if she thinks that is part of the fun though, sigh...

Lily LOVES to have her fingernails painted, I have to do it like every other day :) Thank goodness I found a nail polish that really dries in 45 seconds, it is awesome

Lily's First Haircut

I am so grateful that we have a wonderful friend in our ward that does an amazing job cutting hair!  Lily was in desperate need because her mullet was getting out of control :)  She was such a good girl sitting still the whole time, and her curls stayed in tact yay!  I forgot to get a picture of the hair on the floor but Roo cut off a good inch of mullet and just barely trimmed the rest, yup my kids and their mullets :)

The last one is after her first hair cut, so so pretty.  I am just obsessed with this girls curly hair!
