Day 25 (Aug 7) Raquel's baby shower

It was so fun to give Raquel a baby shower for her very first baby.  It was crazy because I sent out evites and some snail mail invitations but only about 1/3 RSVP'd.  Well almost all of them showed up and we got really crowded in my mom and dad's house.  It was still fun though and Raquel got lots of cute things for baby Callum!  We had a diaper raffle and played a few games, had some yummy food and opened presents!

Lily wanted to try out the presents!

Here is the diaper cake I made for her.

It's just as fun at Grammy and Papa's!

Day 23 (Aug 5) Discovery center

In the mall there is a really cool discovery center, sort of like a children's museum.  It was really fun and had so many cool things for the kids to do. The only bummer is that a lot of other kids liked to play there too, and most of them were older and not being supervised by their parents which make my small kids easy targets.  So beside that part it was lots of fun!

Natali, Grandma Fitt, Olivia and Max joined in on the fun with me, Grammy, Mason and Lily

Mason pretty much drove one of these cars around the entire time, to every station

Lily of course loved the water station and got her self soaked!

This is after she took a nice big gulp, ick!  I try not to think to hard where the water came from.

Olivia, pretending to be Jesse from Toy Story!

Day 22 (Aug 4) Aquarium

Can I say that I am totally jealous that there is a zoo and aquarium close in SLC!  I don't have either here in Albany so it was fun to take the kids while visiting family.  Mason and Lily have never been to an aquarium before so this was a fun experience!  It was especially fun to have cousin Olivia accompany us!

It was really cool that you could pet the sting rays.  Mason didn't want anything to do with it, but Lily and Olivia did.  Though I am pretty sure Lily was only interested in the water :)

I loved watching the penguins swimming around, they were so active and fun!

Another picture of Mason picking his nose, or should I say pointing to his brain!

They had a lady and this nice parrot out in the foyer, it was really fun because she got him to talk and do some tricks for us!
